Heed Sip Song, ຮີດສິບສອງ, the twelve customs, is the Lao year told month by month: what is done in each of the twelve months, and why.

It is almost always spoken of together with Khong Sip Si, ຄອງສິບສີ່, the fourteen codes of conduct. Heed Sip Song says when; Khong Sip Si says how to live. This section keeps to the twelve months.

Under each month, the instruction is what the Siao Sawat text says to do.
